• Limited Edition Nature: By purchasing, you acknowledge that every item is part of a limited-edition capsule. Due to our commitment to exclusivity, designs and fabrics will never be reproduced once sold out.

• Zero-Waste Commitment: Our production follows a zero-waste philosophy. This means items are often made-to-order or in micro-batches to eliminate environmental impact.

• Final Sale Policy: To maintain our sustainable footprint and the integrity of our niche collections, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind.”

• Product Representation: We strive for 100% accuracy in digital rendering; however, due to the artisanal nature of our fabrics, slight variations may occur.

• Processing Times: As we prioritize high-value craftsmanship and low-waste logistics, please allow 10-12 business days for your order to be prepared.

• Shipping Rates: We provide premium, insured shipping to ensure your high-value purchase arrives safely. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Tracking: Once your capsule piece departs our studio, you will receive a signature-required tracking number.

• Eco-Packaging: Your order will arrive in minimal, plastic-free, fully compostable or recyclable packaging, aligning with our zero-waste ethos.

4. The “No-Return” Policy

Why We Don’t Accept Returns

“At MOSI, we create for a conscious, mature audience. Our ‘No Returns’ policy is a direct extension of our Zero-Waste initiative. Shipping items back and forth creates a significant carbon footprint and risks damaging limited-edition fabrics that cannot be replaced. We encourage our clients to review size guides thoroughly or contact our concierge for fit advice prior to purchase.”

The Care Guide: Preserving the Archive

Because our designs and fabrics are never repeated, your piece is a finite part of fashion history. Proper care ensures its longevity and honors our zero-waste commitment by reducing the need for replacement.

1. Cleaning with Intent

• Spot Clean First: To maintain fabric integrity and save water, spot clean small marks with a gentle, eco-friendly detergent and a soft cloth.

• Professional Care: Given the high-quality nature of our artisanal fabrics, we recommend professional eco-dry cleaning only when necessary. Always request “Green” or “Perc-free” cleaning to protect both the fibers and the environment.

• Steaming vs. Ironing: We recommend using a handheld steamer to remove wrinkles. High-heat irons can flatten the natural luster of luxury weaves. If you must iron, always use a pressing cloth and the lowest heat setting.

2. Storage & Longevity

• Structured Pieces: Always use padded or wide wooden hangers to maintain the silhouette of your garment. Avoid wire hangers, which can distort shoulder lines.

• Knitwear & Delicates: Items with high elasticity or heavy embellishments should be folded flat in a cool, dry place to prevent stretching.

• Breathable Protection: For long-term storage, use cotton garment bags. Avoid plastic covers, which can trap moisture and cause fibers to degrade.

3. The Philosophy of Wear

• Rotation: Allow your garment to “rest” for 24 hours between wears. This allows natural fibers to shed wrinkles and return to their original shape.

• The “Slow” Mend: Should your piece encounter a loose thread or button over time, we encourage repairing rather than replacing. Because our fabrics are unique, keeping your spare buttons (provided with your order) is vital.
